At Aldebaran Hypnotherapy Center I provide a free consultation to establish with the client how our process works.  Demonstrating how hypnosis is a normal state of mind and how enjoyable the experience can be.  I have several programs to choose from, all choices are the client's.  I do client centered hypnotherapy, which means I do not make the client fit the program, but the other way around.  Resulting in successful weight management for a lifetime of health, energy and self esteem.
